Therefore, we seek individuals who are passionate about their work and wish to grow with us. **Do you want to join the Happiness Industry?** We are looking for: A Payment Operations Technician **What will be your responsibilities?** * Daily tracking of incidents related to collections across all Group digital and physical platforms. * Providing support in communication with third parties involved in payment methods (banks, gateways, consultants, etc.). * Participating in the review and continuous improvement of operational collection processes. * Developing and maintaining onboarding process documentation for implementing new payment systems and\/or acquirers. * Collecting and analyzing data to support decision\-making. * Performing basic validation of new functionalities, reporting identified issues and friction points. * Providing training, support, and internal control to hotels regarding payment methods. * Managing outstanding guest collections, ensuring proper follow\-up. **What are we looking for?** * Academic background in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Prior experience in finance (accounting), operations, or IT areas. * General knowledge of collection and invoicing tools. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * High level of English. * Problem\-solving profile with strong communication and negotiation skills. **What do we offer?** At Grupo Hotusa, you can become part of a leading company in the travel sector, experiencing continuous global growth and expansion while benefiting from constant professional development opportunities.
