Description

\- Higher/Intermediate Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention, Bachelor's Degree in Comprehensive Prevention and Safety, or equivalent. \- Preferably, certification in OSH or equivalent. \- Proven experience in safety and preventive activities. \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \- One year of experience in occupational health and safety management within SPA facilities is desirable. \- Solid knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in safety. \- Competence in conducting risk assessments, accident investigations, and safety training sessions (Article 19 and collective agreement). \- Attention to detail and strong analytical ability to identify hazards and recommend appropriate control measures. \- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. \- Willingness to travel to client facilities when required. \- Valid driver's license. · Conducting risk assessments. · Preventive planning. · Training planning. · Annual programming. · Drafting and implementing safe work instructions. · Accident investigations. · Worker training and information. · FLC and FLM training. · Drafting Emergency and Self-Protection Plans. · Issuing reports and certificates, and managing documentation related to assigned activities. · Specific assessments: Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Psychosocial factors. · Proximity to the Barcelona area is valued. * Minimum 6 months of experience. Experience in External Prevention Services is valued. * Master's Degree in OSH * Higher Vocational Training Qualification in Occupational Risks * Bachelor's Degree in Comprehensive Prevention and Safety * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Vehicle availability: car * Driver's license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '2333' to '2666'
