Fundació Santa Eulàlia and Fundació Sant Roc, non-profit entities located in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, seek to hire a person holding a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Social Work for their two residential facilities and day centers for the elderly, on a full-time basis shared between both entities. Tasks to be performed are those typically carried out by a social worker within a residential facility and day center for the elderly: Pre-admission interviews, assessment of the individual's social situation, and development of adaptation plans to the residential facility. Processing of pensions, dependency benefits, financial aid, and preparation of social reports. Management of waiting lists (public and private). Support and counseling for family members, conflict mediation, and emotional accompaniment throughout the entire process. Collaboration with the medical, nursing, and gerocultural teams to ensure the resident's overall well-being. * Minimum 1 month of experience. Experience is not mandatory but will be positively considered if the candidate has knowledge of the sector. * Bachelor's Degree in Social Work * Diploma in Social Work * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1622' to '1623' * Additional relevant information: Working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:00 and 15:30–18:30, split between both Foundations. (Two employment contracts) An initial temporary contract of 6 months will be offered, with a high probability of conversion to a permanent contract.
