You will lead teams, optimise results, and contribute to the success of a multi-million-euro revenue store within a dynamic, international, and constantly evolving environment. **Your Responsibilities** * During the night shift, you will supervise and participate in merchandise replenishment on the sales floor. * Ensure products are correctly placed, labelled, and organised. * Coordinate and assign tasks to the night team. * Monitor performance and working hours. * Supervise merchandise receiving processes. * Ensure store security throughout the night. * Identify losses, damages, or irregularities. * Coordinate store preparation for the following day. * Guide and train staff on how to carry out all activities according to required standards. * Ensure the processing area is organised per BSP guidelines and that products are ready to go to the sales floor before being moved out. * Support scheduling and roster management as needed. * Promote “variety and rotation” by prioritising new products in featured areas. * Ensure the checkout area is organised and restocked per BSP guidelines. * Efficiently manage queues and ensure downtime is used effectively. **What We’re Looking For** * Proven retail store management experience of at least 2 years in a dynamic, high-demand environment. * Demonstrable leadership skills managing teams of at least 20 people, with a passion for talent development. * Experience managing high-volume, fast-turnover stores with floor space exceeding 1\.000 m². * Strong analytical ability, capacity to implement improvements, and deep understanding of market and fashion trends. * Resilience, proactivity, and motivation to embrace challenges in an expanding, high-demand environment. * Excellent communication skills. * Proficiency in spoken and written English is a strong advantage. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary above collective bargaining agreement rates. * Career development programmes within the company. * Exclusive benefits: shopping discounts for you and one family member, wellness programmes, psychological support, and much more. * Recognition of tenure: celebrations and additional benefits at 3, 5, and 10 years. * 25 working days of annual leave. * A global career path within one of the world’s largest retail companies. * An excellent work environment and the opportunity to be part of a unique project set to redefine retail in Spain. **Why Join Us Now?** Because this is your chance to play a leading role in TK Maxx’s launch in Spain and co-create a success story with us.
