After-sales Parts Technician

We are currently seeking to hire an AFTER-SALES PARTS TECHNICIAN for our GRANOLLERS team. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, the selected candidate will: * Advise and inform internal and external customers, offering the product best suited to their needs—either by phone or in person. * Place parts orders with the Group’s central warehouse or with the brand, based on workshop billing forecasts and under the guidance of the parts department manager or workshop supervisor, respecting ACR cut-off times. * Receive, inspect, and internally manage physical deliveries of materials from ACR or external suppliers, and perform corresponding computerized registration. * Deliver materials to the workshop or to external customers according to established procedures. * Handle incidents related to materials with ACR or external suppliers, following established procedures. * Maintain up-to-date parts inventory and ensure the workshop has all necessary parts for proper operation. * Invoice and allocate materials to each repair order (RO). * Monitor part references in the ETKA system to ensure appropriate supply. * Serve internal and external customers, process orders, and manage collections. * Manage warranty claims for submission to the brand. * Conduct sales via internal systems, in accordance with commercial policy and established procedures. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse, and ensure only authorized personnel have access.
