Braun seeks to hire a **Quality Technical Assistant** to fill a **9-month temporary vacancy**, acting as the dedicated quality representative for the **Technical Service Department**, responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving the SAT’s quality management system, and ensuring overall service quality—including proper execution of interventions, associated documentation, and activity traceability—while guaranteeing compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and corporate requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Implement and continuously improve the Technical Service Department’s quality management system in accordance with all standards applicable to SAT (ISO 13485, ISO 27001, MDR, etc.) and B. Braun’s Integrated Management System. * Create, update, maintain, and control the Technical Service Department’s quality management system documentation (procedures, records, checklists, and evidence) in compliance with applicable SAT standards. * Prepare for and support internal, external, and regulatory audits and inspections related to the Technical Service Department. * Ensure implementation of quality requirements for services involving non-B. Braun products, coordinated with relevant stakeholders. * Ensure proper qualification and control of external technical service providers and suppliers in accordance with applicable SAT requirements. * Support the management and analysis of service-related (non-product) complaints, leading root cause investigations where necessary. * Monitor customer satisfaction levels from a service quality perspective. * Guarantee the quality, consistency, and reliability of technical data generated during SAT interventions, in line with the SAT quality management system. * Drive improvements in Technical Service data recording and utilization systems, with a focus on quality and traceability. * Participate in the validation of software tools and applications used for maintenance management and quality system administration. * Coordinate monitoring and control of supplier contracts, as well as participation in client tender processes (technical requirement definition, proposal review, and post-award follow-up), in collaboration with involved departments. * Ensure the proper functioning of established procurement channels and procedures. * Define selection criteria and conduct initial and periodic evaluations of supplier companies, based on their criticality to the service provided to B. Braun’s clients. * Conduct such evaluations and perform audit visits if required, and recommend contract termination or alternative suppliers where significant deficiencies are identified. **Requirements:** * Academic qualification: University degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields. * Additional training in Quality Management Systems is required; specific training is mandatory in: * + ISO 13485\. + MDR (EU Regulation 2017/745\). + ISO 9001\. + Internal Audits. + Risk Management (ISO 14971\). * Professional experience in Quality, QA/QM, or Compliance departments; experience in document management and quality systems, as well as tracking CAPAs, non-conformities, and audits. Prior experience in regulated environments (healthcare, electromedical, pharmaceutical, or medical device sectors) is highly valued. * Advanced English proficiency, C1 level preferred. * Quality- and detail-oriented individual.
