Tasks and competencies: * Identification of public and private grants; proactivity and a certain degree of autonomy are essential. Knowledge of the social third sector is valued. * Submission of technical and financial reports. Strong writing skills are especially valued, as well as the ability to draft in Catalan and possess digital competencies. Consistency in administrative management (filing, scanning, registering, etc.). Monitoring of implementation (planning and organizational skills are essential), along with numerical aptitude, synthesis capability, and concentration. * Justification. Teamwork and resilience. Valuable qualifications: education in the social field (social integration, social work, or similar). * Professional experience in the third sector, grant management, proficiency in Office software packages (Word, Excel, etc.), digital skills, Catalan language. * Highly important: planning and organization, interpersonal ease and teamwork, commitment to the project, writing skills, communication, capacity for learning, flexibility, and change management.
