We are looking to hire a **Billing and Document Management Administrator** to join our **External Prevention Service (SPA)** support team in **Sant Cugat** on an indefinite basis.
### **What will be your responsibilities with us?**
In your daily work, your tasks will have a direct impact on the financial health of our prevention projects and on customer retention:
* **Coordinate and issue the full billing cycle** specific to technical prevention and occupational health surveillance contracts and services, ensuring that the efforts of our field technicians translate into accurate billing.
* **Manage control and follow-up of unpaid invoices** through direct, empathetic, and professional contact with client companies, resolving issues and clarifying invoice-related questions to ensure departmental cash flow while maintaining long-term relationships.
* **Keep order management, registration, and tracking up to date in the system**, ensuring each prevention service request is processed as quickly and accurately as possible, enabling your technical team colleagues to operate seamlessly.
### **What would we like to see in your profile?**
* **Education in Administration or Management (Vocational Training Level 2/3 or equivalent):** This provides the ideal conceptual foundation to understand accounting and administrative workflows from day one.
* **Prior experience in billing and collections management:** Experience in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) or B2B business services will be highly valued, as it demonstrates familiarity with corporate communication and resolution of commercial incidents.
* **Proficiency with digital tools and databases:** Agile use of spreadsheets (Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems will allow you to automate processes and optimize your time.
* **Organization, attention to detail, and systemic thinking:** As you’ll manage administration across the entire SPA business line, your ability to standardize processes and maintain methodological rigor will be essential to strengthening the department globally.
