**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Social Integrator to join our team at a **CRAE** located in **Santa Agnès de Malanyanes** (La Roca del Vallès). The Social Integrator will support daily life, facilitate educational and social activities, and contribute to the minors’ autonomy and social inclusion. They will provide resources for children and adolescents at risk to **guarantee their well-being and holistic development.** The position involves work **on weekends and holidays.**
**Responsibilities**
* **Accompaniment:** Support in the daily life of the children and adolescents at the center.
* **Intervention:** Implementation of socio-educational activities tailored to individual and group needs.
* **Mediation:** Conflict management and promotion of positive coexistence.
* **Coordination:** Collaborative work with the educational team and other reference professionals.
* **Observation:** Monitoring and assessment of the children’s and adolescents’ progress.
* **Planning:** Development and implementation of educational intervention plans.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Additional training in social education or socio-educational intervention.
* Experience in conflict management and mediation.
* Ability to adapt to complex and changing situations.
**Offered**
* Permanent contract.
* Weekly working hours between 20h and 30h (exact number depending on start date).
* Schedule: holidays and weekends, from 11:00 to 23:00.
* Salary according to the “Integrator” category under the Catalonia Social Action Collective Agreement (approximately €1,504.25 gross per month for 28 hours), excluding weekend or night-shift supplements.

**Requirements**
* Higher Technician Diploma in Social Integration.
* Prior experience in residential settings or with children and adolescents at risk of social exclusion.
* Knowledge of child and adolescent protection.
* Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
* Availability to work weekends and holidays.
* Fluency in Catalan and Spanish.
* Personal vehicle available.
