We seek responsible individuals capable of working autonomously. Immediate availability required. Reception and Concierge Tasks Cleaning and maintenance tasks Monitoring and coordination of repair and industrial facility maintenance staff Minor repairs (plumbing, painting, locksmithing, electricity) Incident logging, reporting, and tracking * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Competencies / Knowledge: Responsible individual with good appearance Manual dexterity and organizational skills Initiative and problem-solving ability Punctuality, courtesy, and discretion Attention to detail Experience is valued but not mandatory Disability certificate * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1200' to '1400'
