Opportunity to join a well-established team. **Construction First Officer for Roofs and Coverings (Mataró)** At **ARCO Muntatges**, a company specialized in the **repair and installation of all types of roofs and coverings**, with over 20 years of experience, we are looking to hire a **Construction First Officer** with proven hands-on experience in welding, carpentry or structural work to join our stable team in Mataró (Barcelona). **What You’ll Do:** * Assembly and repair of metallic and wooden structures for roofs and coverings. * Site preparation, operation of machinery and specialized tools. * Collaboration and coordination with the team on repair and new installation projects. * Working with technical drawings and ensuring quality and safety in every intervention. **Essential Requirements:** * Minimum **3 years of experience** in construction, preferably in roofs, coverings, metallic welding and carpentry. * Knowledge of structural assembly and machinery operation. * Availability to work onsite in Mataró (Barcelona); a driver’s license is an advantage. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience reading technical drawings and leading small teams. * Proactive attitude, commitment to safety, and eagerness to grow with the company. **What We Offer:** * **Permanent contract** from day one. * **Annual gross salary of €32.000** (subject to review based on experience and collective agreement allowances). * Intensive morning schedule (approx. 7\-16 h or 8\-17 h depending on season). * Stability and continuous projects at a specialized, growing company. * Opportunity to join a well-established team with a positive working atmosphere. **Location:** Mataró (Barcelona) – Onsite.
