Requirements * Proven experience as a **First-Class Technician** in prefabricated assembly. * Advanced proficiency in assembly tools and aerial work platforms. * Leadership and team organization capabilities. * 20-hour PRL (Prevention of Occupational Risks) certification for construction. * Availability for **national travel.** * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. * Preferred: experience in heavy civil works or bridge beams.
