Publication Date 12/30/2025 Requirements Qualifications Preferred Experience in the transportation and customer service sector is preferred to accelerate the training process. Also required are office software skills and a positive attitude toward resolving incidents. Most clients are located nearby within the county; therefore, fluency in spoken and written Catalan is essential. Requirements Candidate must be available mornings and afternoons for telephone support to clients and collaborators. Team-oriented attitude and empathy toward other colleagues to facilitate pending task management. Mandatory Good manners and respect in telephone and email communication. Strong spelling and grammar skills, as all communication is ultimately typed on a computer keyboard. Other Requirements Geographic proximity also helps improve work-life balance.
