




Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and autonomous urban property administrator to manage a portfolio of owners' communities, delivering close, high-quality service. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive management of owners' communities with personalized service. 2. Administrative and operational coordination, claims management, and construction works management. 3. Meeting preparation, financial control, and incident tracking. We seek a highly motivated individual with strong autonomy and solid experience in **Urban Property Administration** (horizontal property). The selected candidate will select and manage a portfolio of communities, providing responsive, solution-oriented, and quality-focused service. **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** **Academic Qualifications** * University degree in: Law, Economics, Business Administration (ADE), Business Studies, Architecture, or related fields. * Knowledge of the Horizontal Property Law (LPH) and management of insurance policies, construction works, repairs, and building maintenance. **Professional Experience** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in property administration. * Experience managing owners’ communities, client relations, supplier coordination, and incident resolution. **Languages** * Catalan and Spanish: advanced level (mandatory). * Advanced English is valued. **Technical Competencies** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet. * Knowledge of TAAF CLOUD is highly desirable. **Personal Competencies** * Responsible, highly methodical, and organized individual. * Persistent, confident, proactive, adaptable, and client-oriented. * Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. **Contractual Conditions** * Permanent contract. * Working hours: Mon–Thu 09–18h (1h lunch break), Fri 09–14h.
