Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer for industrial machinery manufacturing, ensuring functional, safe designs that meet client specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design of functional and safe machines and mechanisms 2. Coordination with the project team for effective communication 3. Delivery of designs for manufacturing, assembly, and validation A company based in Badalona specializing in industrial machinery manufacturing is looking for two Mechanical Design Engineers. Requirements: disability certificate of 33% or higher; vocational training in one of the following Higher Vocational Training Cycles (CFGS): Senior Technician in Mechanical Manufacturing Design, Senior Technician in Production Programming for Mechanical Manufacturing, or Senior Technician in Industrial Mechatronics. Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design. Languages: spoken and written Spanish; intermediate level English. Preferred: experience in industrial machinery design, knowledge of CAD tools, experience working in project environments. Offers: full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break; gross monthly salary of €2,571. Design machines and mechanisms at the maturity level required by the Project Lead Engineer (EPL), ensuring functionality, compliance with client specifications, and safety; provide mechanical solutions to the EPL based on scope of work, experience, and feedback from other project team members; coordinate with the project team to establish effective communication and collaboration; report and justify any potential deviations to the EPL; deliver all assigned internal and external deliverables on time and with quality, necessary for manufacturing, assembly, and validation of the designed/purchased equipment. * Experience: 36 months. Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical design.
