Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to handle full payroll management at an advisory firm, covering the entire payroll cycle and working with various companies to ensure HR administration. Key Points: 1. Full payroll management, from initial processing to finalization. 2. Handling of Sintra, Sistema RED, A3 Nom, Sage, and Suasor. 3. Opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic environment. We are looking for a professional to handle full payroll management at a rapidly growing advisory firm in Badalona. The contract is temporary, and the main responsibility will be to cover the entire payroll cycle—from initial processing to completion—working with multiple companies to ensure proper administration of their human resources. Responsibilities will include managing employee onboarding and offboarding, resolving incidents, and applying current regulations. Proficiency in tools such as Sintra and Sistema RED is essential, along with familiarity with commonly used payroll management software in the sector—including A3 Nom, Sage, and Suasor—ensuring strong professional versatility. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in end-to-end payroll cycle management is required. Proactivity, organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail—ensuring accuracy in all tasks—are highly valued.
