Tower Crane Operator Requirements: \- Basic-level PRL (Prevention of Occupational Risks) training in Masonry \- Valid tower crane operator license. Laborer Requirements: \- 20-hour PRL training in Masonry \- Valid documentation. Tower Crane Operator Salary: €1,600–€1,900 per month depending on experience; 12 annual payments. Laborer Salary: €1,100–€1,300 per month depending on experience; 12 annual payments. Responsible and serious individuals only.
