Logistics problem-solving and customer service We are looking for a proactive and organized person to join our logistics team in El Prat de Llobregat. You will be responsible for supervising and optimizing operations to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction. Your duties will include managing order documentation from receipt through processing and archiving. You will also be responsible for inventory control to maintain sufficient stock levels and accurate records. You will coordinate transportation to ensure timely and efficient shipments. Additionally, you will resolve any issues arising during the logistics process by implementing prompt solutions. At times, you may need to assist customers with inquiries regarding their shipments. Prior experience in logistics is required, along with familiarity with logistics processes and experience working night shifts. Completion of a Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio) and proficiency in logistics management tools are preferred. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar roles is required. This position offers a temporary contract with potential for long-term employment. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM, on a fixed night shift. The hourly rate is €11.19 gross for regular hours and €13.43 gross for night hours. Proven experience in the logistics sector. Prior experience in night shifts. Minimum education: Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle. Knowledge of logistics administration. Minimum 2 years of experience.
