We envision a candidate deeply passionate about wine, highly skilled, and possessing solid training in oenology and wine tasting. **Key Responsibilities Include:** * Advising customers on wine and spirit selection, offering personalized recommendations based on their preferences. * Conducting tastings and wine tastings, delivering an educational experience about the various wines and products available. * Managing wine and related product inventory, ensuring appropriate stock rotation and maintaining product quality. * Participating in the organization and execution of wine-related events, such as tastings, product launches, and food-and-wine pairings. * Staying up-to-date with market trends and industry developments in the wine sector to provide current and expert advice. * Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and ensure excellent customer service. **Essential Requirements:** * Basic education: High school diploma / Vocational training * Additional training: Sommelier certification or equivalent. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, social media, and internet usage. * Prior experience: One to three years as a sales assistant–sommelier in hospitality, wine shops, or similar settings. * Languages: Native proficiency in Catalan and Spanish.
