Position Summary: We are seeking a Studies and Valuation Technician to analyze, plan, and prepare technical, economic, and administrative proposals, manage suppliers, and coordinate logistics for circular construction projects. Construcía is currently seeking a **Studies and Valuation Technician**, whose main responsibilities include: * Analyzing tender documentation and technical proposals to support subsequent planning and preparation. * Preparing technical, economic, and administrative proposals for submission to clients. * Proposing alternatives to project proposals. * Coordinating logistics and implementation proposals—including phasing and site zoning—and Lean planning. * Soliciting quotations from industrial suppliers and tracking them; supplier management. * Participating in creating necessary documentation for proposal submission. * Identifying key/strategic collaborators (suppliers) for tendering and project execution, and coordinating with Procurement to integrate them from the outset. * Supporting the handover of project information from Studies to Operations. * Extracting the client’s preventive, quality, and environmental requirements—and incorporating them, along with the Group’s own requirements, into the tender. * Practicing the Company’s core values daily: Transparency, Innovation, Respect, Honesty and Integrity, Passion. **Desirable Requirements:** * Degree in Technical Architecture or Higher Architecture / Civil Engineering / Public Works Engineering, or equivalent. * Proficiency in PRESTO and AutoCAD. * Prior experience in studying and valuing building projects. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract from day one * Performance-based bonus * Positive work environment * One remote working day per week * Birthday holiday (Bday) * Flexible compensation *There is a place for you, whoever you are.
