GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS The BISC \- Barcelona International Sailing Center \- is a sports facility dedicated to nautical sports, located at Port Fòrum (Sant Adrià del Besòs). Due to the center’s characteristics, it offers integrated sports-oriented catering and accommodation services, managed centrally through the reception management office. It also organizes competitions and possible catering services or small events related to sporting activities. POSITION TITLE: Receptionist Welcoming clients. Reservation management (check\-in, check\-out). Billing, telephone support. Internal coordination: maintaining smooth communication with all departments managed from reception. Incident resolution: promptly addressing and channeling any requests or complaints effectively. Acquisition of new clients and business opportunities within the sports sector. Client reception and retention to ensure delivery of agreed-upon service. Annual action planning and goal setting to promote center dynamism. * Minimum 3 months’ experience. Prior experience in reception and direct client contact is mandatory. Minimum 3 years. * Tourism * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * English (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Degree in Commercial Management and Marketing. Degree in Tourism and Leisure.
