Our portfolio includes brands such as SmartRental Collection, Akeah, Malacuna, Live It, Suio, Evoca, and Lemonade, covering various vertical markets within the Living and Hospitality sectors. **What will your responsibilities be?** * You will assist with guest billing and perform administrative and commercial duties aligned with your position. * You will handle guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate registration records and assigning rooms/apartments accordingly. * You will serve as an information resource for guests on topics including city activity recommendations, restaurant suggestions, and transportation options. * You will fulfill guest requests by proactively delivering unique, personalized solutions, and address complaints or claims, escalating them to your supervisor for resolution. * You will respond to inquiries received via telephone and/or email regarding stays, reservations, or from external partners wishing to contact the team. * Lastly, but not least importantly, you must demonstrate empathy and initiative in responding to customer needs. **What are we looking for?** * At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role. * Experience managing hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and reservation systems. * English language proficiency. * Additional languages are considered an advantage. **What do we offer?** * Opportunities for professional development and growth within an expanding company. * Discounts on our accommodations, restaurants, and events.
