




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dynamic receptionist to manage reception, visitor handling, phone calls, and administrative coordination within a company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support for onboarding/offboarding and Facilities We are looking for a receptionist to cover a temporary absence at a company located in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. You will serve as the company’s first point of contact for employees, clients, and visitors, managing reception, visitor handling, phone calls, and administrative coordination with various departments. Among your daily tasks, you will handle personnel onboarding and offboarding (creation of access credentials, business cards, delivery of welcome packages), provide support to Facilities (parking management, security incidents, cleaning and maintenance coordination, cafeteria supervision), as well as receive and distribute mail and parcels. You will also support the fleet department: key management, fuel and toll cards, and traffic fine processing. This is a temporary full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, morning shift, with working hours between 08:00 and 19:00, respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. * We seek a proactive and dynamic individual. * Proximity to the workplace is a plus. Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English. * Completed compulsory secondary education (ESO).
