In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our business, delivering exceptional service to every customer. Through our Customer Service Etiquette and active selling techniques, you will contribute to the business’s success while providing a friendly and efficient experience. Your main responsibilities will include performing interior and exterior vehicle washing and maintenance tasks, as well as selling store products at centers that have a dedicated wash sales area. If you enjoy interacting with people, possess a proactive attitude, and are motivated by achieving goals, we’re looking for you! WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A DAILY BASIS? Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks for equipment and areas within the Wash Area, following given instructions. Perform vehicle cleaning: both interior and exterior, for vehicles entrusted to you, including washing, drying, and interior cleaning, using appropriate equipment and devices, thereby ensuring high-quality customer service. Carry out Active Sales: both of wash services and store products, at centers that have a dedicated wash sales area. * ️ Safety first: We will train you on our Safety Procedures and Measures so you can apply them rigorously, demonstrating responsibility and discipline in every daily task at the station.
