Do you want to apply your legal knowledge to projects with social impact? At Suport Tercer Sector, we are looking for a person to join our legal team to advise associations, foundations, and cooperatives, contributing to the strengthening of the third sector and the social economy. You will be part of a specialized team supporting entities committed to social transformation. Responsibilities: * Legal advice to non-profit entities and entities of the social economy (associations, foundations, and cooperatives) * Drafting and reviewing bylaws, changes in governing bodies, contracts, and other legal documentation. * Electronic filing with public administrations * Preparing legal opinions and analyzing legal issues related to entities * Drafting Applications for Public Utility Status and Child Protection Protocols. * Delivering training sessions on legal topics (volunteering, transparency, data protection, responsibilities of governing boards, comprehensive entity management, etc.) * Participating in consultancy and management projects linked to the third sector ### **Requirements** \- Bachelor's or Licentiate degree in Law * Knowledge or experience in regulations applicable to associations, foundations, and cooperatives will be valued * Experience in similar roles at law firms, management consultancies, public administration, entities, or companies * User-level computer skills (Microsoft365\) * Knowledge of data protection * Strong command of Catalan and Spanish * Communication skills, initiative, analytical thinking, and client- and quality-oriented mindset * A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle will be considered an asset ### **We Offer** \- Location: El Prat de Llobregat * Working hours: 37\.5 hours per week * Contract type: Permanent * Professional category: Group II – Management Technician * Annual gross salary: €28\.090 gross per year * Start date: Immediate * Professional development within a highly specialized and distinctive legal field * Participation in projects with real social impact * Team-based work with committed professionals in a collaborative environment * Opportunities for continuous learning and direct contact with a wide variety of entities * Stable integration into a leading organization such as Fundesplai
