Job Summary: We are seeking a padel coach to deliver classes, plan training sessions, and foster a motivating environment at the padel school. Key Responsibilities: 1. Teach padel classes at various levels 2. Plan and conduct technical and tactical training sessions 3. Organize matches, activities, and internal tournaments At Grupo Sintagmia, we seek a person who can deliver **padel coaching** in collaboration with the CEM Sant Vicenç dels Horts padel school. Work with the padel school. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Deliver padel classes to students of various levels. * Plan and conduct technical and tactical training sessions. * Supervise and correct players' execution. * Ensure safety during court activities. * Organize matches, activities, and internal tournaments. * Foster a motivating and learning-oriented environment for students. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Padle technician and/or CFGM or CFGS in sports field is valued \- Experience delivering padel classes. \- Must hold the required ROPEC number to perform the requested role. **WORK SCHEDULE**: 10 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM–7:00 PM.
