Our organization seeks to hire a **First Maintenance Technician** to join the team and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in the facilities related to its activities. The selected candidate will be responsible for performing general maintenance work, diagnosing and resolving incidents, ensuring the proper operation, preservation, and safety of the facilities. Additionally, they will collaborate with various suppliers and external companies, contributing to maintaining high standards of quality and service. **Main responsibilities:** * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Resolve incidents and malfunctions in facilities and equipment. * Perform basic electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, and locksmithing work. * Monitor the condition and preservation status of the facilities. * Manage materials, tools, and work equipment. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and risk prevention regulations. * Collaborate on space improvement and renovation projects. * Training in the relevant field **(Medium or Higher Vocational Training Cycle).** * Training in **Occupational Risk Prevention** will be valued. * Organized individual with initiative and social sensitivity. * Valid driver's license required.
