**Join the Vivelloc Foundation team!** We are seeking a versatile and proactive individual for the ongoing maintenance of our facilities located between Cardedeu and Llinars del Vallès. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to the schedule agreed upon with the Maintenance Manager. * Identify incidents affecting buildings and equipment, proposing efficient and durable solutions. * Perform electrical repairs (outlets, light bulbs, switches), plumbing repairs (sinks, showers, bathtubs), and carpentry work (renovations and improvements in residential and industrial spaces). * Conduct painting, carpentry, metalwork, and equipment maintenance tasks. Identify material requirements or need for external support, and communicate these to the Maintenance Manager. * Provide support and training to team members, acting as the technical reference person. Ensure proper condition and use of assigned material resources. * Organize and coordinate staff travel to various workplaces. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Intermediate or higher-level vocational training in a technical field (CP/FP or CFGM/CFGS) (mandatory) * Demonstrable experience in building, facility, or similar maintenance roles. * Practical knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and various repair techniques. * Experience coordinating small teams serving individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental health disorders will be valued. * Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, and solve problems effectively. * Valid driver’s license (mandatory). **CONDITIONS:** · Indefinite-term contract with immediate start date. · Positive work environment and continuous support for your professional development. · Attractive employment conditions and professional stability. · Location: Cardedeu and Llinars del Vallès (Vallès Oriental).
