We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with Carpentry Experience. A Barcelona-based company specializing in comprehensive maintenance and renovations is looking to incorporate into its team a versatile Maintenance Technician with proven experience in carpentry and maintenance, delivering high-quality work, autonomy, and flexibility to adapt to the various challenges arising in both residential and commercial premises. Carry out basic installations and repairs in electricity and plumbing (sockets, taps, leaks, etc.). Repair paint defects and perform minor masonry and plasterboard works. Assemble and install furniture with high-quality finishes. Carpentry tasks: door and cabinet adjustments, small custom-made projects with a high level of finish and attention to detail. Record completed tasks in digital tools (Notion and Holded) to ensure traceability and communication with the team. * Experience: 3 years. Minimum 3 years’ demonstrable experience in maintenance, repairs, and carpentry. Solid knowledge of electricity, plumbing, painting, and carpentry. Proficiency in the safe and efficient use of hand and power tools. Class B driving license (mandatory). 20-hour PRL training (mandatory). * English (spoken: basic, written: basic) * Competencies / knowledge: Organizational ability, autonomy, and incident resolution skills. Proactive attitude, commitment, and attention to detail.
