We are looking for a RETAIL SALES MANAGER for our store in SANT BOI DEL LLOBREGAT. As the Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: * Optimizing merchandising and commercial activities to enhance the customer experience. * Monitoring stock quantity and quality in-store, ensuring compliance with established budgets. * Leading, motivating, and training your sales team, fostering a positive work environment. * Delivering outstanding customer service by listening to customers’ needs and adapting accordingly. In return, we offer: * An indefinite-term contract. * Flexible compensation options (meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, childcare vouchers, and health insurance). * A competitive base salary plus variable compensation. **Requirements:** --------------- What are we looking for? * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Department/Section Manager (Household Goods) in a hypermarket or as a store manager/furniture/sleep zone supervisor. * Strong work ethic, consistency between words and actions, leadership skills, and results orientation. * Relevant education, clear customer focus, and results-driven mindset. * Full-time availability from Monday to Saturday, as well as authorized Sundays/holidays per regional regulations, respecting the legally mandated weekly rest period.
