Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant with experience in collective catering to provide kitchen support and dining room organization, contributing to the smooth daily operation. DO YOU WANT TO BE PART OF OUR MISSION?** **We are looking for a kitchen assistant with experience in collective catering.** The selected candidate will provide support both in the kitchen and in the overall organization of the dining service, contributing to the center’s smooth daily operation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide morning kitchen support before service. * Assist with basic preparation tasks, such as washing, cutting, and peeling fruits, vegetables, and produce. * Collaborate with the chef on simple cooking tasks, side dishes, and menu complements. * Support the Kitchen Manager in supervising a team of four people. * Support cleaning and organization of the dining room. * Carry out cleaning tasks across various kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, and tableware. * Transport and store raw materials and supplies used in the kitchen and pantry. * Sort and manage waste. * Ensure order and proper organization of workspaces. **Working Hours:** * Intensive shift from 9:30 to 17:30 * Monday to Friday **Requirements:** * Prior kitchen experience, especially valuable in **collective catering**. * Ability to supervise and coordinate a small team. * Organized, solution-oriented, and accustomed to teamwork. **Work Location:** Barcelona \- On-site employment Position Type: Full-time Salary: €18,000.00\-€20,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
