We are committed to equal opportunities and our mission is to provide an inclusive environment where differences strengthen our company.** Within the R\+D area of Laboratorios Grifols S.A., we require a *Pharmaceutical Development Technician* to participate in pharmaceutical development and industrial scale-up of developed products (parenteral solutions). Reporting to your supervisor within the Pharmaceutical Development Department, your main mission will be to carry out the various stages of assigned projects: design, execution, preparation of technical documentation, preparation of regulatory documentation, industrialization and follow-up, as well as coordination with other involved departments, complying with internal work procedures and applicable regulations. **Your responsibilities will include** * Galenic development and manufacturing of laboratory- and pilot-scale batches of new products. * Design of experimental studies required for development. * Planning, organization, and execution of assigned experimental studies for projects. * Acquiring scientific knowledge of the product and of the processes under development. * Data analysis and interpretation. * Participation in the technology transfer of R\+D projects to the production plant. * Preparation of technical documentation associated with projects. * Drafting of standard operating procedures. **Who You Are** To successfully perform this role, a candidate must be able to satisfactorily fulfill the responsibilities outlined above. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or abilities required. Role adaptations may be made to enable candidates with functional diversity to perform the job duties. * You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field, and a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Industry. * You preferably have at least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical development, preferably in parenteral dosage forms. Knowledge of galenic and analytical aspects, as well as international guidelines (EMA, FDA, ICH) for galenic development of medicines. * You possess an advanced level of English (B2\-C1\). * You are proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab) is considered an asset. * You are a dynamic and proactive individual with a strong sense of responsibility and a preference for teamwork. **What We Offer** Joining Grifols means having the opportunity to work in an internationally oriented environment promoting equal opportunities.
