We are seeking a responsible, organized individual with leadership and teamwork capabilities, strong communication skills, and a respectful, compassionate approach toward elderly people. Residency in Barcelona or its surrounding areas will be viewed favorably. The selected candidate will coordinate and supervise the center’s general services, organize assigned staff, and ensure the proper execution of daily tasks. Key duties include supervision of the dining room, cleaning operations, material control, and coordination with the kitchen, caregiving staff, and external suppliers. The candidate must also ensure compliance with hygiene standards, uniform requirements, and service quality, manage incidents, and support the team as required by the center’s needs. Prior experience in residential, socio-healthcare, or elderly care facilities will be highly valued. ***Permanent contract starting in June*** Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00. Additionally, one weekend per three weeks must be worked.
