Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable receptionist to perform various public-facing duties, office management tasks, and administrative support across multiple locations. Support in basic maintenance and simple administrative tasks We are looking for a receptionist working rotating shifts across various locations in Barcelona. Main responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing meeting rooms to ensure they are prepared and operational, handling the telephone switchboard by answering calls, redirecting communications, and professionally taking messages, as well as managing mail and parcels: receiving, logging, and distributing deliveries within the facilities. Additionally, support is provided for basic office maintenance tasks, such as monitoring vending machines and climate control systems, reporting incidents to maintain a functional environment. Simple administrative tasks are also performed, including organizing documents, updating records, and collaborating with other departments to ensure efficiency. The role is dynamic and requires adaptability to move between different locations according to each shift’s assignment. This is a part-time contract with 30 weekly hours scheduled from Monday to Sunday according to service needs, plus one free weekend per month. The gross base salary is €912.90 paid in 14 installments, plus an availability allowance.
