Job Summary: We are seeking a junior quality technician to ensure that new products meet quality standards in the food industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Advise on the development of new products and define quality requirements 2. Evaluate proposals from the Category Management team and manage incidents 3. Participate in sensory analyses to detect potential defects We are looking for a junior quality technician to join our team in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona. Your role will be crucial in the new product launch process, ensuring compliance with all quality standards. You will perform duties such as advising on new product development, reviewing technical documentation to define quality requirements, and evaluating proposals from the Category Management team. You will also verify compliance with the control plan, manage incidents, and participate in sensory analyses to detect potential defects. A university degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Engineering, Veterinary Science, or a related field is required, along with prior experience in quality roles within the food industry. A B2 level of English is preferred. We offer a 6-month temporary contract, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
