We’re looking for you! **Key responsibilities** As a **SOC Analyst Tier 2**, you will be an expert in SOC services within A2SECURE’s Blue Team. Your mission will be to deliver monitoring services, manage complex alerts, and optimize the SOC to ensure the security of our customers’ systems. We seek **proactivity, management capability, and strategic vision** in you. Below are the job responsibilities: * Monitoring customer systems using a SIEM tool. * Resolving the most complex alerts escalated by N1\. * Resolving non-procedural alerts. * Defining procedures for alert resolution. * Classifying and logging generated alerts. * Reporting alerts to customers and SOC specialists. * Investigating customer systems to optimize service delivery. * Defining alert resolution priorities. * Reporting defined alerts for SOC optimization. **What do you need to succeed?** Some key elements required for success in your application include: * Over two years of experience in the Blue Team domain. * Advanced English proficiency: we work with international clients. * A master’s degree in cybersecurity is a plus. * A multidisciplinary profile with strong adaptability to new challenges. * Familiarity with major SIEM tools: QRadar, Splunk, Datadog, and more. * Knowledge of programming languages. * Knowledge of networking and operating systems. * Valuable certifications: BTL 1, BTL 2… We’re sure your profile includes unique strengths that add value beyond these minimum requirements—we’d love to know what they are! **What do we offer?** Every person is essential at \#A2SECURE.
