Job Summary: We are seeking two mechanics for the assembly of GALI starter components, performing individual assemblies according to engineering drawings and work orders while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Individual assembly of mechanical components from engineering drawings. 2. Use of hand and power tools, applying specified torque. 3. Working in a high-quality environment with resistance to extreme conditions. We require two mechanics to join our team for mechanical component assembly. GALI starters are designed for use with internal combustion engines and gas turbines. Due to their size and weight, these starters are extremely powerful, offering high torque, high speed, low air consumption, and reduced maintenance requirements. GALI starters operate at pressures ranging between 3/4 MPa (30/40 bar), where maximum and minimum operating pressures depend on installation conditions. The rapid response and high speed of GALI starters ensure engines reach ignition speed almost instantly, thereby increasing starting efficiency. GALI starters require no external lubrication, nor do they need external pump lubricators, resulting in a cleaner, more eco-friendly, and easier-to-maintain installation area. Additionally, they are highly resistant to moisture, saline atmospheres, and vibrations, and remain unaffected by extreme temperatures. GALI starters are successfully applied across a wide range of applications, including marine engines (propulsion and auxiliary), generator sets, conventional and nuclear power plants, military equipment, locomotives, offshore operations, mining, etc. Our starters are certified by Bureau Veritas, Lloyd’s Register, Germanischer Lloyd & American Bureau of Shipping. Interpretation of mechanical drawings for assembling starter components. This is not an assembly-line job; each operator performs full component assembly based on a work order and corresponding drawing. Hand and power tools are used, along with torque-controlled tightening. Work must comply with established quality and safety standards. * Minimum 2 years’ experience. Experience interpreting mechanical drawings. Prior work experience in motorcycle/bicycle workshops. * Technical Degree (Vocational Training) * Spanish (Intermediate spoken and written proficiency) * Competencies / Knowledge: Mechanics, Hydraulics, Pneumatics. * Temporary employment contract (6 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1800' to '2000' * Additional relevant information: 6-month temporary employment contract with realistic prospects of extension. Full-time position. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–13:30 and 14:30–17:00; Friday, 7:15–14:30. Annual gross salary starting from 28\.000€. Immediate start or negotiable with the candidate. A personal vehicle is not required but recommended for accessing the industrial estate.
