**Description:** ---------------- LLINARSPORT is seeking an Aquatic Lifeguard residing in the comarca of Osona, specifically from the EAS Taradell club. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with the center’s regulations regarding the use of facilities and assigned equipment, as well as attending to and managing any requests from members while constantly safeguarding user safety. Monitoring the swimming pool water surface under specific criteria while on lifeguard duty, promptly detecting and responding to any person experiencing difficulty or risk within the aquatic zone. Responsible for ensuring proper use of facilities and equipment in accordance with the entity’s directives, advising users during scheduled hours, and managing client incidents and/or requests. **Contract:** Indefinite **Schedule:** Saturdays, Sundays, and working holidays from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM **Category:** 3 (sectoral collective agreement) **Workload:** Approx. 25% **Mandatory Requirements:** Registration with ROPEC as a lifeguard and possession of a certificate confirming no sexual offense convictions. **Requirements:** ----------------- **MANDATORY EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Aquatic lifeguard qualification * Certificate of registration with the Catalan Government’s Registry of Sports Professions (ROPEC) * Certificate confirming no sexual offense convictions **COMPLEMENTARY TRAINING AND OTHER SKILLS:** * Basic Life Support (BLS) and Semi-Automatic External Defibrillation (AED) course * Oral proficiency in both Catalan and Spanish * Outlook knowledge **THE FOLLOWING CAPABILITIES WILL BE VALUED:** * Client orientation * Passion for sports * Interpersonal interaction * Attention to detail * Goal orientation * Communication skills **Availability for weekday substitutions and summer season coverage will be valued**
