Job Summary: You will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, ensuring legal compliance and optimal commercial conditions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Daily troubleshooting and urgent corrective actions in stores 2. Execution of scheduled preventive maintenance tasks 3. Technical support during interventions and installations As a member of the maintenance team, your mission is to carry out activities and tasks related to preventive and corrective maintenance of store facilities, and to ensure compliance with current legislation, regulations, procedures, and commercial operations under optimal conditions for our customers: * Respond to malfunctions and perform urgent corrective actions arising daily in stores. * Carry out preventive maintenance tasks scheduled by the Maintenance Manager and adhere to the established timetable. * Provide technical support to the engineering team during interventions, construction works, and/or installations within the operational area of your assigned perimeter. * Implement the required action plan for non-conformities identified during audits. * Monitor store energy consumption, review parameters defined for energy efficiency, and adjust them as necessary. We would love to meet you if: * You hold a Medium or Higher Vocational Qualification in a discipline related to: Refrigeration or Air Conditioning Installations, Mechanics, Electricity and Electronics, Installation and Maintenance, etc. * Desirable: Refrigeration Installer License * Prior experience (1 year) performing maintenance and industrial refrigeration, air conditioning, electronics/electrical, and mechanical installation tasks.
