Your mission will be to configure and evolve the CDP, build audiences and segments, and leverage data to generate insights and improve multichannel activation. **Main Responsibilities:** As a Customer Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include: **1. CDP Management and Audience Management** * Manage CDP configuration and evolution. * Define, build, and activate multichannel audiences and segmentations. * Translate business needs into CDP configurations and use cases. * Analyze audience, campaign, and marketing action performance. **2. Analytics:** * Work with data in GCP / BigQuery for extraction, querying, preparation, and validation. * Create reports and dashboards in visualization tools to monitor KPIs. * Collaborate with marketing, business, analytics, and technology teams. * Document new processes/reports in Confluence. ### **Your Profile** **Technical Competencies:** * Experience with CDP platforms such as Zeotap, Salesforce Data Cloud, Segment, Oracle Unity, or similar. * Knowledge of customer data: identities, attributes, events, profile unification, and segmentation. * Experience in GCP environments for data analysis and exploitation. * Proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio / Data Studio, or Power BI. Strong SQL skills and experience with BigQuery. * Ability to extract, prepare, analyze, and visualize business-oriented data. * Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, customer journeys, personalization, and loyalty. Experience in audience activation and multichannel marketing. **Personal Competencies:** * Analytical profile with attention to detail. * Proactivity and autonomy.
