Participate in improvement projects for occupational well-being JOB DESCRIPTION #### **Are you passionate about creating safe and healthy workplaces?** We are looking for an **Occupational Health and Safety Technician** with a proactive mindset, strong coordination skills, and a continuous improvement orientation to drive preventive culture and ensure regulatory compliance across our workplaces. #### **What will be your mission?** You will be responsible for promoting a safe working environment, collaborating with various organizational departments to identify risks, implement preventive measures, and optimize processes related to occupational safety and health. #### **Your main responsibilities** * Assess processes, job positions, and facilities to identify risks and propose preventive improvements. * Keep safety plans up to date and ensure compliance with current regulations. * Coordinate medical examinations, manage sick leaves, and optimize collaboration with partner mutual insurance companies. * Organize and deliver occupational health and safety training, as well as supervise and validate mandatory certifications. * Manage budgets, inspections, and safety audits, ensuring maximum resource efficiency. * Investigate incidents and accidents, document corrective actions, and update preventive protocols. * Actively participate in improvement projects related to absenteeism reduction and occupational well-being. #### **What do we offer?** An indefinite-term contract from day one. REQUIREMENTS * Specialized education in Occupational Health and Safety. * Experience in absenteeism management and development of strategies to reduce it. * Familiarity with digital tools for risk management, reporting, and regulatory compliance tracking. * Ability to coordinate with various departments, mutual insurance companies, and external entities. * Skill in identifying risks and promoting effective preventive measures. * Excellent communication and training abilities, both in group settings and individually. * An organized, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile.
