Production Section Viladecavalls Center Job Title: Industrial Painter Production Section Viladecavalls Center ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Hiemesa Group requires an industrial painter for the Production Section to carry out tasks related to surface preparation, painting of metal structures and components, application of protective systems, and preparation of paint mixtures. Responsibilities: \- Surface preparation of metal substrates through cleaning, sanding, degreasing, and blasting. \- Application of primers and industrial paints using Airless and aerographic equipment. \- Painting of metal structures, sheets, beams, and other components used in the steel industry. \- Application of anticorrosive protective systems according to technical specifications. \- Preparation and mixing of industrial paints and coatings. \- Quality control of finishes and verification of paint film thickness. ### **REQUIREMENTS** Mandatory: * Experience and training in the use of overhead cranes and tasks specific to the Department. * Availability to work flexible hours. Desirable: * Knowledge of welding, cutting, and spray-painting of metal structures * Experience and training in the use of forklifts * Residence in the vicinity of the Vallès Occidental region * Personal vehicle available for commuting to the workplace * Experience and knowledge of metallurgical product formats and quality standards * Specific training in the Metal Sector
