Consultative and proactive approach We are looking for a commercial professional to acquire and develop new business clients in the express parcel sector in Barcelona. The role has an international focus, as a large portion of shipments originate from Spain, operating in a dynamic and global environment. Responsibilities include active market prospecting, commercial visits, identification of new clients, advisory services on international shipping solutions, and end-to-end sales cycle management. We seek someone with initiative, capable of generating opportunities and building long-term relationships. Experience in B2B sales is valued, preferably in logistics, transportation, or express parcel services, along with knowledge of international shipments and experience managing measurable targets. Effective communication, a personable approach, a consultative mindset, and a proactive, results-oriented attitude are essential. Formal training and English proficiency are not exclusionary requirements. Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally within the logistics, transportation, or express parcel industry. Practical knowledge of international shipment operations. Experience working with commercial targets. Strong communication skills, personable client interaction, and a consultative approach. Proactive attitude, resilience, and results orientation.
