The selected candidate will assume technical responsibility for projects—from the design phase through commissioning—ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency of automated installations and systems. Design and supervise industrial electrical installations and panels. Program, configure, and commission PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and control systems. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and electrical schematics. Coordinate electrical and automation projects from design through commissioning. Supervise installation assembly, wiring, and testing. Resolve technical issues and provide specialized support to internal teams and clients. Coordinate suppliers, subcontractors, and technical resources involved in projects. Conduct functional tests, validations, and commissioning. Ensure compliance with electrical, quality, and safety regulations. Drive improvements in processes, equipment, and control systems. * 5 years’ experience. Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics, Automation, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial automation. Advanced knowledge of PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming. Experience in electrical design and preparation of electrical schematics. Knowledge of industrial networks and control systems. Ability to coordinate projects and technical teams. * BACHELOR’S DEGREE * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Catalan (spoken intermediate, written intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electronics, Automation, or related field.
