DESCRIPTION **Through Rieka Talent, we are seeking an experienced Metal Structures Assembler with background in ironwork and aluminum carpentry** to join a company specializing in the fabrication, assembly, and installation of metal structures and aluminum enclosures. **Location:** Workshop in Polinyà and job sites across the province of Barcelona **Schedule:** Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 15:30 **Contract:** Indefinite ### **What will be your responsibilities?** * Fabrication, cutting, milling, and machining of aluminum and iron profiles. * Interpretation of technical drawings for preparation and fabrication of structures. * Assembly, installation, and repair of metal structures, ironwork, and metallic/aluminum carpentry. * Operation of manual and electric tools: angle grinder, shear, bending machine, drill, cutoff saw, etc. * Cutting, milling, drilling, and machining of profiles according to required dimensions and specifications. * Performing welding tasks using TIG, MIG\-MAG, and/or electrode techniques. * Quality verification of completed work, ensuring finishes, fittings, leveling, squareness, finishing touches, and watertightness. * Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Performing work at height when necessary, following established safety protocols. ### **What are we looking for in you?** We seek a precise and meticulous individual, detail-oriented and capable of delivering high-quality finishes. An autonomous, solution-oriented professional accustomed to teamwork, with a positive attitude and professional conduct during installations carried out in private homes and corporate premises. ### **What do we offer?** * Stable contract with potential for indefinite employment. * Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 15:30. * Salary according to collective agreement and adjusted to candidate’s experience and qualifications. * Workwear provided by the company. * High-quality tools and equipment. * Compensation for overtime hours and travel allowances where applicable. * Integration into a professional and dynamic team. * Salary of €28\.000 **If you have experience in metal structures, ironwork, aluminum carpentry, and welding, we want to meet you!** REQUIREMENTS ### **What are we looking for?** * Demonstrable experience of **2\-3 years in similar positions**, especially in metal carpentry, ironwork, metal structures, or industrial assembly. * Medium-level vocational training in Welding and Boiler Making, Mechanical Manufacturing, or related fields — highly valued. * Valid welding certificates or qualifications, particularly for MIG\-MAG and/or TIG processes. * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training of **20 hours (second cycle)** specifically for installation, repair, assembly, metal structures, ironwork, and metal carpentry. * **Class B driver’s license**, required for travel to various job sites using company vehicles. ### **Preferred qualifications** * Theoretical\-practical training for operating **Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs)**. * Specific training for performing **Work at Height**. * Experience interpreting technical drawings. * Experience in fabrication and assembly of aluminum structures and enclosures.
