Currently, we are looking for a **Senior Data Analyst / Data Engineer** to join our team in **Barcelona** and technically lead one of our key projects. We seek a hybrid, highly solution-oriented profile with solid experience in **data analysis and processing**, capable of moving agilely between data engineering and business analysis. You will join the project to design, implement, and maintain reliable and scalable data pipelines, directly supporting decision-making through high-level quantitative analysis. **As a Senior Data Analyst / Data Engineer, your responsibilities will focus on:** **Data Engineering and Architecture:** Design, build, and maintain robust **ETLs** for data ingestion and transformation from multiple sources. **Modernization and Orchestration:** Orchestrate and monitor data pipelines using **Apache Airflow**, and manage deployment of solutions in **Cloud environments (AWS and Azure)** and containers (**Docker**). **Data Quality and Modeling:** Develop and optimize complex queries in **SQL (SQL Server)**, ensuring efficient relational modeling and maintenance of stored procedures and views. **Business Analysis:** Conduct exploratory and advanced (EDA) analysis using **Python (pandas, numpy)** to identify patterns, trends, and tangible opportunities for business improvement. **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Act as a bridge between technology, product, and business teams, translating functional requirements into technical data solutions and documenting operational workflows. **You will work cross-functionally with internal multidisciplinary teams, coordinating workstreams and ensuring technical quality of deliverables.** **What Are We Looking For?** **Education:** Engineering (Computer Science, Systems, Telecommunications), Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields with a strong computational foundation. **Experience:** Minimum of **5 to 7 years** in data-related roles, combining experience in technology consulting or complex corporate environments. **Essential Technology Stack:** * Advanced proficiency in **SQL (SQL Server)**. * Solid programming skills in **Python** for analysis and automation. * Experience in orchestration with **Airflow**. **What Do We Offer?** In addition to joining a dynamic and growing team, you will enjoy: * **Early-Finish Fridays** to balance your personal and professional life. * **Offices in Barcelona** with fresh fruit and unlimited coffee. * **24 Vacation Days** \+ **2 additional days** we gift you. * **Competitive Salary Package**, commensurate with your experience and skills. * **Continuous Development**, with periodic reviews to help you achieve your goals. * A dynamic and collaborative team where every member is valued and essential to collective success. **Accelerate your career from our HQ in Barcelona!**
