




Job Summary: The Traffic Operator manages the transportation and logistics of goods to ensure efficient deliveries, optimizing routes and reducing costs, with possible international or national focus. Resolve incidents related to freight transportation. **What You Can Expect** **:** As a specialist in freight transportation and logistics, you will ensure the efficient and timely delivery of products. This role is critical for proper transportation management, communication with transportation service providers as well as with correspondents and collaborators, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. The Traffic Operator, as a specialist, is responsible for improving operational efficiency and reducing costs. The Traffic Operator may be responsible for international traffic, automotive traffic, and/or national traffic (mainland Spain, islands, and TRW). Responsibilities: 1\- Manage transportation routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. 2\- Review vehicle and driver scheduling and assignment. 3\- Monitor transportation KPIs and make adjustments as needed. 4\- Implement and maintain transportation management systems (TMS) as a specialist. 5\- Properly manage transportation service providers. 6\- Maintain strong relationships with carriers and logistics providers. 7\- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety policies. 8\- Maintain accurate records of all transportation and logistics activities. 9\- Manage and resolve incidents related to freight transportation. 10\- Supervise and coordinate distribution operations as an operator, ensuring correct load planning, delivery sequencing, and adherence to deadlines and service standards. **What You Bring:** Requirements: \- Experience as a Traffic Operator or in similar roles. \- Experience in transportation and logistics or trade (national/international) is recommended. \- In-depth knowledge of transportation management processes and systems. \- Practical knowledge of transportation management software tools (TMS). \- Strong verbal and written communication skills. \- Organizational skills and team management capability. \- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
