If you are passionate about logistics and customer service, and wish to join a world-leading provider of beverage logistics solutions, you are in the right place. **Customs Specialist** This position’s purpose is to support the administration of customs and trade compliance activities to facilitate cargo documentation clearance through relevant customs authorities, aligned with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines, and policies. **Key Responsibilities:*** Support execution of customs and trade compliance processes and activities to optimize service delivery and cost performance in customs clearance. * Provide administrative support for import/export documentation, including receipt, reconciliation, consolidation, and summarization of documents and information. * Perform data entry activities, input data into the customs operating system, and configure master data for transactions. * Conduct pre-submission document reviews, update documentation and standard operating procedures, and support documentation archiving processes. * Execute customs declaration submissions and post-declaration work/transactions. * Update and maintain customer parts lists. * Track performance targets, update shipment information and physical status. * Investigate tariff-, tax-, and billing-related issues or discrepancies raised by internal and external customers. * Conduct best-practice and quality audits to ensure compliance with quality, accuracy, and timeliness standards for activities. * Achieve compliance with established regulations and ensure proper use of customs processes and policies. * Resolve recurring delivery issues according to defined processes, systems, and methods. * Obtain permits, licenses, and certificates required for customs clearance and general customs procedures. * Advise customers on legal matters (e.g., regulatory compliance for international trade: shipments to sanctioned countries) and customs-related topics. * Liaise with customs authorities. **You Bring the Following Qualifications and Skills:*** Customs experience preferred * Excellent Spanish language skills and intermediate English proficiency.
