We are proud to take fashion beyond borders, connecting our unique style with people around the globe. **YOUR NEW ROLE:** We are looking for a **Senior Category Manager** for the **Indirect Procurement \& Transport** team. **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Your mission will be to support Sourcing \& Procurement analytics for the Transport category, as well as execute procurement projects and manage contracts. Help design category strategies for assigned projects and manage their execution in close collaboration with client departments. Manage analytics and sourcing platforms in advanced projects. Collaborate with internal clients to support them across various categories, reducing supplier incidents through contract monitoring. On a day-to-day basis, your main responsibilities will be: **Sourcing \& Procurement Data Analysis:** * Conduct detailed spend analysis and other key metrics * Identify savings levers * Provide analytical and reporting support to the category * Maintain an up-to-date supplier portfolio by periodically launching RFIs and analyzing cost breakdowns per category via RFQs or Auctions * Establish a partnership relationship with business stakeholders: deeply understand the business’s strategic direction, requirements, and priorities * Define annual category objectives (KPIs) **Sourcing Projects / Tenders and Savings Monitoring:** * Lead and monitor the launch of RFIs, RFQs, and Auctions by preparing technical and commercial documentation for transport projects * Determine category requirements to be negotiated in coordination with internal clients * Document benefits achieved per project by updating the savings tracking tool * Evaluate supplier proposals technically and commercially, perform cost and service comparisons, and issue purchase recommendations * Lead tenders and the contracting process for non-strategic products and services, and those of lower volume **Contract Management and Supplier Relationship Management:** * Coordinate the contract creation and signing process * Manage contract storage in a centralized repository * Ensure requirements are clearly defined before issuing purchase orders * Perform necessary administrative tasks related to procurement **Compliance:** * Ensure global procurement policies are followed according to the defined Procurement Ways of Working process **ABOUT YOU:** * Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, International Trade, or Engineering. * Advanced level of English required. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement or negotiation-related roles, tender processes, and analytics. * Experience as a Transport Buyer, especially in B2C. * We seek a highly committed and motivated individual, results-oriented, with strong organizational and planning skills, analytical ability, and teamwork capabilities. **YOUR BENEFITS:** * Enjoy a flexible schedule and hybrid work model adapted to your needs.
