Due to team expansion, we are seeking to hire a Plant and Field Service Technician. You will be responsible for repairing all types of low-pressure air generation equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience across all low-pressure technologies, including centrifugal, lobe, and screw compressors. **Responsibilities** * Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and commissioning of low-pressure compressor equipment. * Hands-on involvement with all types of low-pressure air generation equipment. * Coordinate with technical staff or office personnel to clearly understand specific job requirements. * Request parts in a timely manner to ensure smooth workflow. * Operate in accordance with health and safety regulations. * Report any potential or actual hazardous incidents. * Identify specific training needs. * Carry out other operational and administrative duties assigned by management as deemed fair and reasonable. **Basic Requirements** * Product knowledge in the low-pressure air generation industry. * Strong familiarity with compressor control systems and instrumentation is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). * Proficiency in using standard computer applications. **Travel and Conditions** Willingness and ability to travel within Spain and internationally. **Key Competencies** * Ability to work independently with sound judgment. * Willingness to undergo training in other countries. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in the low-pressure air sector is preferred. * Strong communication and customer service skills. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary with company benefits. * Full and free access to LinkedIn Learning. * Permanent contract upon successful completion of the probationary period. * Life insurance. * Private medical insurance. * Opportunities for development and growth within a global company. * After one year of employment, you will receive 10% of your gross salary in company stock. * Company mobile phone, tablet, and laptop.
